The DC Music Education Association thanks everyone who submitted Session Proposals and Performance Applications for it's 2026-2027 conferences. These submissions are an essential part of our commitment to advancing DC music education. Applications were accepted until Saturday, June 20, 2026.
The review process is currently underway, and presenters will be notified about their acceptance soon.
Timeline:
April/May: Call for Proposals & Performance Application Window for our music education conferences.
June 20, 2026: Submission Window Closes.
Early July: Notification of Selected Presenters/Performers.
August/September: Presenters/Performers Confirm/Register/Join/Renew for conference.
October 13, 2026: Fall Conference at Georgetown Day School in NW DC.
